Laporta: It’s shocking that they haven’t resolved Messi’s situation

Former Barcelona president, Joan Laporta recently admitted that he is shocked that the current board has yet to resolve the contract extension of four-time Ballon d’Or winner, Leo Messi.




While attending the Barcelona-based tennis tournament Conde de Godó, Laporta was interveiwed by Cuartro and spoke about Messi’s situation.

“It’s shocking that they haven’t resolved Messi’s situation. If it were up to me, Messi would be a cule for life.”

Laporta went on to give his thoughts on the first season of Brazilian star, Neymar.

“He’s a victim of bad management by the current board.”
